Job summary

NHG Population Health seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Operations Planning to support the COO in strategy execution and operational effectiveness across NHG Community Health. You will own performance reporting and KPI tracking for senior leadership, aiding data-driven decisions and capacity planning, while coordinating across departments to align the mission’s operations and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in operations, planning, strategy or coordination.
• Strong administrative, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support research, drafting and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational indicators and dashboards across NHG Community Health service lines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate indicators reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics to surface trends, gaps and emerging issues and translate into actionable insights.
• Refine metrics and dashboard functionality to evolving priorities.
• Prepare regular performance reports to support senior management in planning and decision-making.
• Support long-term capacity planning with data gathering, validation and synthesis.
• Develop and prepare analytical reports to aid resource allocation and service planning.
• Monitor capacity-related metrics to identify trends and flag areas needing attention.
• Coordinate with departments to determine assets and collaterals for events based on tier and audience.
• Identify gaps in collateral and support development of new materials to strengthen community touchpoints.
