Job summary

National University Health System is seeking a Senior Manager for the Artificial Intelligence Office to lead robust database systems across Development, UAT, Staging, DR, and Production environments. This role administers SQL Server and PostgreSQL, handles upgrades and migrations, and ensures high availability.

You will design database architectures, manage production changes with strict change control, and build ETL/ELT pipelines with SQL/SSIS/Python, plus backups, DR, security, and performance

Qualifications

Experience managing SQL Server and PostgreSQL across Development, UAT, Staging, DR and Production environments.
Proficient in upgrades, migrations, DR planning, and high availability.
Experience with CI/CD for database deployments and ETL pipelines.
Strong security practices, RBAC and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

Administer and support SQL Server and PostgreSQL across dev, UAT, staging, DR, and prod.
Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, SSIS, Python.
Plan production deployments with change management to minimize downtime.
Configure and manage HA/DR via FCI, RDS, and replication.
