Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking a Senior Data Project Manager in Singapore to lead enterprise data and analytics initiatives from planning through implementation and transition.

You will manage cross-functional teams across data, analytics, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business functions, with responsibility for delivery, governance, budget, risks, and cloud-based data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise data/analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architectures (AWS/GCP).
• Technical knowledge of data pipelines (PySpark/Scala).
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data warehousing, metadata, and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data, analytics, and data platform projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, success criteria, timelines and budgets.
• Develop delivery plans including data sourcing, modelling, ETL/ELT, validation, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Identify data sources, owners, dependencies, and access requirements early.
• Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business objectives into technical/project requirements.
• Lead governance and report on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Present status and recommendations to sponsors and steering committees.
• Manage scope changes and stakeholder expectations regarding timelines and data quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies across technology and business functions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure data quality, governance controls and privacy compliance.
• Maintain data lineage, metadata, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks including data quality and integration issues.
• Maintain RAID logs and resolve critical issues.
• Oversee budgets, costs, resources, vendors and external delivery partners.
• Oversee testing strategies and UAT.
• Coordinate deployment, migration, and production transition.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and post-implementation support.
• Conduct retrospectives and measure outcomes against KPIs.
