Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Project Manager to lead complex data, analytics, cloud and digital transformation programmes.

The role requires managing multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver within scope, budget, timeline, quality and risk parameters. The candidate will have strong programme management experience and technical understanding of cloud data platforms, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project/programme management.
• Proven experience delivering complex data, analytics, cloud, migration, integration, data-platform or digital-transformation programmes.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams and technical dependencies.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, preferably GCP and/or AWS.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata, data catalogues, data lineage and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, mobilisation and delivery of complex data and technology programmes.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, resources and delivery plans.
• Engage senior stakeholders, business sponsors, technology teams and external vendors.
• Lead programme governance meetings, steering committees and executive reporting.
• Oversee delivery of data platforms, data pipelines, data warehouses, migrations and analytics solutions.
