Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise data governance and metadata management initiatives in Singapore.

You will bridge business and technology teams, translating requirements into functional solutions across governance, metadata, platform configuration, testing and user adoption. The role focuses on data governance, data quality, lineage, catalogues, and collaborating with data stewards, product owners, and engineers to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, data management, or related field.
• 10+ years as a Business Analyst with data governance or data platform experience.
• Strong knowledge of metadata management, data governance, glossaries, and data lineage.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to work with business and technical stakeholders in large enterprises.
• Experience with Agile, backlog management, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, document, and manage business and functional requirements for data governance.
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs and desired outcomes.
• Define metadata models, business glossaries, data definitions, and governance requirements.
• Design data governance workflows, controls, and data stewardship procedures.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and backlog items.
• Support platform configuration, testing, and adoption activities.
• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment on decisions.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
