Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead transformation programmes across digital banking platforms, core banking, cloud migrations, and enterprise integrations.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering, and external vendors to deliver complex technology programmes within regulated enterprise environments, ensuring SDLC/SSDLC compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
9+ years managing technology projects in Banking/Financial Services/FinTech.
Experience delivering end-to-end projects with multiple business and technical teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid Waterfall-Agile delivery.
Experience delivering core banking platforms and enterprise system integrations.
Strong knowledge of microservices and REST API integrations.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery processes.
Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Understanding of Secure SDLC practices and technology risk.
Experience managing SIT, UAT, deployments, cutovers, and post-production activities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from initiation through production deployment.
Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies, and plans.
Drive Agile governance including sprint planning, backlog, releases, and retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, SSDLC, governance, and change management processes.
Collaborate with architects, development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.
Coordinate delivery across core banking platforms, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation and escalation.
Provide regular status updates, reports, and steering committee presentations.
Coordinate vendors and technology partners to meet timelines and quality standards.
Oversee SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
Lead deployment planning, production cutover, migration, and post-implementation reviews.
Ensure regulatory, security, risk, and governance compliance in banking contexts.
Facilitate resolution of technical and delivery challenges across teams.
Capture lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
