Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead enterprise data and collaboration projects in Singapore. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver solutions that align with organisational goals.

Key requirements include 3+ years in project management for data platforms, strong communication, and the ability to leverage AI and automation tools to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven project management experience in data products or enterprise platforms.
• Experience in design discussions and providing technical/functional input.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• High integrity, transparent, and collaborative with the organisation.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, lead and motivate teams/partners.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to leverage AI and automation tools in development workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope across cross-functional teams.
• Manage technology components and workstreams for enterprise-wide projects.
• Develop work plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts and status reports with transparency.
• Provide sound judgment based on data analysis to ensure timely delivery.
• Plan and coordinate efforts across different stakeholders.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders and drive issue resolution.
• Resolve system and application issues and lead the production support team.
