Job summary

Capco Consulting Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Principal Consultant – Data to lead the data-quality stream for the bank’s global adoption of CDO-defined data capabilities.

You will manage delivery, stakeholder engagement and the adoption of a centralised metadata inventory of Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to produce audit-ready evidence of BCBS239 compliance on tight timelines. You will directly line-manage a core stream team (5+ direct reports) and negotiate with CDOs and senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale data programmes or regulatory remediation (BCBS239 preferred).
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.
• Experience delivering audit-grade dashboards with Power BI.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management and CDEs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of CDE metadata and data-quality documentation globally.
• Line-manage a core stream team (5+ direct reports) and coach resources.
• Engage with CDOs and senior stakeholders; run workshops and steering forums.
• Govern ingestion, validation and sign-off into central metadata inventory.
• Establish governance forums, RAID, QA and remediation processes.
• Lead business-facing change, training and cross-market adoption.
• Design, build and refine Power BI dashboards for progress monitoring.
• Translate data concepts into implementable controls and artefacts.
