Job summary

ANTER RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Singapore to partner with the commercial team and design end-to-end data centre solutions for enterprise, cloud, hyperscale, and colocation customers.

The role blends technical consulting, solution architecture, and proactive customer engagement across the full sales lifecycle. You will lead technical discussions, support RFI/RFP efforts, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Operations, Delivery and Commercial teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in data centres, telecommunications, or critical facilities environments.
Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into customer-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales to capture customer requirements.
Design and propose data centre solutions including power, cooling, and connectivity.
Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution presentations.
Support RFI/RFP responses with detailed proposals and documentation.
Work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Operations, Delivery, and Commercial teams.
