Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Data Centre Operations Engineer to support and manage mission-critical data centre operations across regional sites.

You will ensure infrastructure availability, monitor power and environment, handle incidents, capacity planning, asset management, and onsite technical support for enterprise IT environments. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Data Centre Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Site Reliability, or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Experience supporting enterprise or colocation data centre environments.
• Experience managing critical infrastructure in a 24x7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day data centre operations, ensuring high availability of critical infrastructure and services.
• Coordinate with Data Centre Facilities teams, vendors, remote hands, and project teams to support operational requirements.
• Support server installations, rack deployments, decommissioning activities, and infrastructure changes.
• Monitor power, cooling, environmental, and IT infrastructure health across multiple sites.
• Perform routine infrastructure health checks, preventive maintenance, and operational readiness reviews.
• Manage rack space allocation, power capacity planning, and infrastructure utilization.
