Job summary

Digital Realty Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering to provide pre-sales technical support for enterprise accounts. You will serve as the technical face, understand customer requirements, and design solutions while exploring cross-sell and strategic value opportunities.

You will collaborate across regional teams and act as SME for data centre deployments, guiding design, pricing, and implementation with a focus on operations, security, and connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in science, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in data centre or telecom sectors; or 8–10 years in design consultancy.
• Management experience is essential.
• ITIL/PM certifications are desirable but not required.
• CAD/Visio skills at basic level.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Enterprise Accounts teams and lead technical aspects of proposals.
• Lead site tours, pre-sales calls, and pricing discussions with customers.
• Capture customer technical needs for critical infrastructure and fit-out, then design solutions.
• Act as SME for multi-site deployments ensuring consistent regional approaches.
• Understand sub-region data centre assets, electrical/mechanical infrastructure, security, and connectivity.
• Coordinate with DE&C, Service Operations, Customer Success, and others to meet standards.
• Support technical components of RFIs/RFPs with design and pricing input.
• Produce statements of work for third-party pricing and engagement.
