Job summary

Digital Realty in Singapore is seeking an experienced Client Operations Lead to manage global strategic accounts, coordinating across Sales, Solution Engineering, and Implementation Services. You will ensure project delivery aligns with contracts, secure approvals, and support client handovers end-to-end.

The role requires deep data centre knowledge, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and up to 40% travel to support regional and global portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related area.
• 10+ years in operations, data centre/telecom or similar industries.
• Deep knowledge of data centres, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Strong reading of construction plans and drawings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to support regional/global needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for global strategic accounts with a consolidated view of projects.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, PMG and others to negotiate contract terms.
• Ensure delivery aligns with contracts and statements of work.
• Coordinate scope, costs, and approvals with D&C and Implementation Services.
• Lead kickoff to align stakeholders on scope, timelines, risks, and responsibilities.
• Provide regular client updates and escalate issues when needed.
• Develop client playbooks with CSMs for top accounts.
• Deliver seamless client handover and verify documentation and signoff.
• Own commissioning reporting and project milestone reviews.
• Monitor punch-list closures and regional/global project delivery.
