Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead site execution for data center projects in Singapore. You will own day-to-day construction, manage interfaces across civil, MEP, and operations, and drive readiness, safety, and quality.

You will coordinate with contractors, colocation providers, and vendors, ensuring work aligns with design intent, OCI standards, and schedules. The role requires strong leadership, risk assessment, and proactive problem-solving at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering data center, colocation, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong construction knowledge across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Proven ability to manage projects from mobilization through commissioning readiness, turnover, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site execution for complex data center projects including AI and high-density infrastructure.
• Oversee base building, MEP, white space readiness, containment, and interface management.
• Lead QA/QC, safety, and compliance with OCI standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate across contractors, colocation providers, design teams, procurement, and operations to ensure on-time delivery.
