Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is hiring a Data Center Operations professional to join our growing team in Singapore. You will own data center operations, ensuring optimal performance, availability and reliability of critical infrastructure.

You will lead incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and drive automation and proactive monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployments, capacity planning and expansions, while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data center operations and critical infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of power, cooling, networking, and physical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive operational improvements.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure deployments, capacity planning, and expansion projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Singapore Citizen and willing to undergo security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of data center operations, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
• Lead incident management, complex technical troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Drive operational improvements through automation, proactive monitoring, and industry best practices.
