Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager in Singapore to lead colocation data center delivery. You will oversee construction across multiple projects, coordinating design, commissioning and readiness of power, cooling, networking and cabling.

Ideal candidates have proven multi-project management, vendor and stakeholder experience, and the ability to drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead colocation data center construction projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and delivery risks across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for colocation providers, contractors, and key delivery partners.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure construction aligns with design specs and industry standards.
• Conduct detailed site walks to assess progress, coordination, quality, and readiness.
• Lead startup and commissioning activities and verify critical systems meet requirements.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out activities across design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Oversee installation and readiness of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems.
• Identify delivery risks and develop corrective actions.
• Review and maintain project documentation including design reviews and commissioning plans.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Partner with design teams to resolve construction issues and align with plans.
• Drive continuous improvement through provider evaluations and lessons learned.
• Mentor junior team members and build capability across the organization.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is looking for a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of colocation-based data center projects in Singapore.

You’ll oversee construction execution across multiple projects, ensuring facilities are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Acting as a key interface between Oracle and colocation providers, you’ll coordinate design, construction, commissioning, vendor performance, and infrastructure readiness across critical systems including power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling.

This role is well suited to an experienced data center professional who combines strong project execution with technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder and vendor environments.

What You’ll Do
