Job summary

DayOne Data Centers in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, design, and construction of mission-critical data center facilities. You will drive end-to-end projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 10+ years of PM experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments, and PMP certification

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
10+ years of project management experience, ideally in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data center construction projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Manage internal teams, external vendors, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, codes, and standards.
Ensure permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.
Track milestones, deliverables, and risk factors; manage change control processes.
Oversee quality control, health and safety, and budget adherence.
Coordinate commissioning and integration of electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
Complete project documentation and handover to operations.
