Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management within data center or critical infrastructure is required.
• Ability to read and manage design documents, schedules and budgets.
• Strong risk management, problem solving and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of data centers with colocation providers, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, coordinating with providers for milestone delivery.
• Implement QA processes and oversee commissioning across major projects.
• Coordinate with tenant fit-out teams and design collaborators to ensure design-to-construction alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and manage contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
