Job summary

DayOne Data Centers in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, design, and construction of mission-critical data center facilities. You will drive end-to-end projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 10+ years of PM experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments, and PMP certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center construction projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage internal teams, external vendors, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, codes, and standards.
• Ensure permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and risk factors; manage change control processes.
• Oversee quality control, health and safety, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate commissioning and integration of electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
• Complete project documentation and handover to operations.
