Job summary

OFI in Singapore seeks an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead the Singapore-based logistics team and collaborate with dairy plants, freight, sales, and other functions to ensure timely and efficient supply chain operations.

The role focuses on driving KPI performance (OTIF, inventory, costs), managing contracts and order execution, and advancing digital shipment visibility across the organization. A strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of logistics, supply chain and customer service operations experience, preferably FMCG/food/manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Drive the Logistics and Customer Service function for the Dairy Ingredients & Solutions business, with direct responsibility for the Singapore Logistics Operations team
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants to optimize total logistics costs, including freight, domestic logistics, and non-commodity purchasing
• Serve as the escalation point for Sales and Customer Service teams, providing cross-functional support
• Own and drive logistics performance KPIs, including OTIF, inventory management, logistics costs, and cash-to-cash cycle
• Manage contract and sales order execution, coordinating with customers and sales teams for seamless fulfillment
• Liaise with origin locations, suppliers, and production sites to ensure accurate order processing
• Ensure timely contract creation and payment terms administration, and compliance with import/export documentation
• Lead digitalization initiatives to improve shipment visibility and provide status updates
• Drive continuous process improvements across logistics and customer service operations
