Job summary

OFI is seeking a Field- or Office-based Key Account Manager for Food & Beverage Solutions in the APAC region, based near Biopolis, Singapore. The role focuses on strengthening OFI’s partnerships with strategic accounts and ensuring end-to-end order-to-cash execution.

The candidate will manage contracts, orders, invoicing and collections while coordinating with logistics, planning, and finance to optimize performance and cash flow. English and Mandarin fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in business with 5+ years in key account management, supply chain and commercial roles.
• Customer-focused with regional, external vendor and internal stakeholder experience.
• Proven track record in managing relationships and growing key accounts.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash, accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to multitask across time zones and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Fully support the key accounts and actively grow the business.
• Lead contract management across all product portfolios.
• Drive purchase order management and weekly/monthly call-off alignment with customers.
• Coordinate with logistics and planning to confirm product availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely payment collection.
• Collaborate with finance to remove credit blocks detected during processes.
• Prepare and send regular reports on order processing, invoicing and cash collection.
• Maintain dashboards with key account data, OTIF, volumes and orders.
• Drive automation and digital transformation within the order-to-cash cycle.
