Responsibilities

Oversee the successful delivery of services under management from kickoff to closeout.
Maintain relationships with architects, technical teams, and leadership across customers and partners.
Develop relationships with key business and technical stakeholders; act as trusted advisor.
Present software solutions to IT managers, technicians, and C-level executives.
Prepare technical proposals and manage delivery of technical orders.
Escalations involvement when needed.
