Job summary

Chartbeat Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support a growing APAC customer list. You will nurture relationships, ensure renewals, and identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across Chartbeat and Tubular Labs.

You will collaborate with product and sales teams to deepen product adoption, advocate for customers, and provide insights that help clients achieve their goals. Travel may be required to client meetings and conferences globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of B2B relationship management experience.
• Experience with media organizations is a plus.
• Strong consultative sales, objection handling, and demo skills for SAAS/web analytics.
• Ability to work across APAC and multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement.
• Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify customers' business goals and map them to Chartbeat/Tubular Labs offerings.
• Communicate with APAC customers, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal discussions.
• Travel as needed to customer meetings and conferences worldwide.
