Job summary

MAYOR EXPRESS FREIGHT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support daily operations in air and sea freight logistics. You will manage customer ratings, coordinate with carriers, and handle sea documentation while communicating clearly with customers.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of air/sea logistics, a minimum O Level, and strong English language skills. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, at Changi Cargo.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of air and sea logistics processes and terminology.
• Minimum O Level qualification.
• Proficient English writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer ratings for air and sea freight to maintain service quality.
• Coordinate and communicate with air and sea carriers to ensure timely shipments.
• Liaise with customers to address inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Prepare and handle sea freight documentation such as bookings and Bills of Lading.
• Use Microsoft Office and email tools to document and communicate logistics information accurately.
• Work independently with self-motivation and willingness to learn new tasks within the customer service team.
