Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management, economics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk assessment or portfolio management.
• Knowledge of real estate financing, LBO financing and/or non-recourse fund NAV financing.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate forecasting assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex transactions and safeguard the institution's credit portfolio.
• Assess and decide on new credit applications for structured financing transactions, ensuring robust risk mitigation and appropriate deal structures.
• Oversee and monitor assigned corporate credit portfolios, actively tracking obligor performance and concentration risks.
• Collaborate closely with front-office business units to provide guidance on transaction terms, credit risk assessment, and potential restructuring strategies.
• Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, projection models, and underlying credit assumptions.
• Verify the precision of data entries within digital credit management platforms and interface with internal risk control functions.
