Job summary

Lumens Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Credit Control Executive to safeguard the company’s financial health by managing and recovering outstanding debts. You will monitor receivables daily, maintain accurate records, and deliver regular progress reports to management.

You will review incoming credit applications for Business Unit Head approval, engage with debtors and external collectors, negotiate repayment options, and coordinate with legal teams to pursue recoveries while supporting

Qualifications

Experience in administrative or related roles.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage recovery of outstanding balances for active/inactive accounts across units.
Oversee recovery management of active hirers and next actions.
Review credit applications for BU Head approval.
Communicate with debtors and coordinate with collectors.
Negotiate repayment options or settlements with customers.
Maintain documentation and follow-up records of communications and actions.
Coordinate with legal teams to pursue recovery when needed.
Collaborate with related departments to support recovery efforts.
Provide daily updates on outstanding accounts and progress.
