Tencent's Level Infinite ICC studio seeks a Senior Creative Producer to own the most complex game cinematics, trailers and marketing content, guiding internal artists and partner studios from brief to delivery. You will manage scope, cost and schedules with autonomy, speaking credibly to technical and artistic leads across Singapore, London and China.

You will mentor junior staff, uphold production standards and maintain strong client and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-profile in-game cinematics, trailers or marketing content.
• Proven ability to build quotes and SOWs with strong commercial discipline.
• Excellent communication and leadership across distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end production of ICC’s complex projects: cinematics, trailers, art, renders and marketing content.
• Develop production plans, budgets, schedules and trackers for consistency across teams.
• Serve as senior production contact for partner studios and external vendors.
• Scope, cost and resource productions with accurate quotes and SOWs.
• Mentor and elevate junior producers and project managers.
• Deputise for Head of Production and align creative ambition with delivery.
