Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in social media content, advertising or creative production.

Responsibilities

• Own creative development: translate client briefs and business objectives into content concepts and proposals.
• Develop scripts and treatments: write hooks, scripts and storyboards with clear direction for production.
• Lead content shoots: plan the approach, direct talent and guide framing and pacing.
• Produce and refine content: shoot and edit where needed and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain creative quality: review scripts and visuals for storytelling and brand consistency.
• Present and defend ideas: explain recommendations and incorporate feedback.
• Manage creative delivery: coordinate timelines, deliverables and revisions.
• Improve content performance: analyze results and apply insights to future work.
• Guide junior creatives: mentor interns with practical feedback.
• Contribute to pitches: develop concepts and presentation materials for new business.
