Cintra Consultancy is seeking a strong, social-first creative who can think, write and execute high-quality content. You will bring ideas to life—from scripting to shooting to final output—producing work that stands out in crowded feeds.

You'll handle end-to-end production, operate cameras, plan shoots, and collaborate with teams to ensure top-tier content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. A solid grasp of visuals, storytelling and copy is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media and short-form formats.
• Proven ability to conceptualise and execute content end-to-end.
• Confident with camera operation and basic production fundamentals.
• Excellent visuals, composition and storytelling.
• Strong writing to craft engaging captions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.
• Team player with willingness to push creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute social content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
• Develop insight-driven social strategies to meet client briefs.
• Translate brand goals into content directions and formats.
• Write sharp, platform-native copies and captions.
• Plan shoots, including pre-production, shot planning and on-ground execution.
• Operate video cameras and oversee shoot quality, including framing, lighting and basic audio setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ideas are executed to a high creative standard.
• Stay updated on content trends, formats and emerging platforms.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through independently.
