Job summary

Cintra Consultancy Pte Ltd. is seeking a social-first creative who leads the front end of content: sharp ideas, tight scripts and confident direction on set. You will own the concept from brief to shoot day, collaborating with our Multimedia Executive who supports on set and takes content through to final edit.

You should be comfortable with proper camera equipment and driven to create work that stands out in a crowded feed.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to script and conceptualise content end-to-end.
• Proven experience in creating social content and campaigns.
• Comfort directing on set and operating cameras.

Responsibilities

• Ideate high-quality social media content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
• Develop insight-driven social media strategies to address client objectives and briefs
• Translate brand goals into clear content directions, formats and campaign ideas
• Write scripts, treatments and shot lists that are clear enough for the production team to execute without guesswork
• Write sharp, platform-native copy and captions that drive attention and engagement
• Lead shoots from the creative side, including pre-production, shot planning and on-ground direction
• Operate video cameras and oversee shoot quality, including framing, lighting and basic audio setup
• Brief the Multimedia Executive on edit direction and review cuts against the original script and creative intent
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through independently
• Stay updated on content trends, formats and emerging platforms
