THE GAP PEOPLE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Social Media Account Executive to develop engaging concepts for campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results. You will manage client expectations and ensure delivery of high-quality assets across social channels.

You will collaborate with designers and editors, produce content, analyze performance data, and support new business pitches. A strong portfolio, creative-to-technical balance, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media account management and content creation.
• Strong portfolio showing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) and social media management platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Content Production: Turn concepts into reality by executing basic production tasks and capturing simple social content.
• Designer & Editor Collaboration: Work with designers and video editors to bring the creative vision to life through clear communication and direction.
• Client Communication: Build strong client relationships by understanding their briefs, presenting concepts persuasively, and executing the plans effectively.
• Client Brand Management: Manage the clients' social media accounts, monthly content production, reports and community management.
• Support New Business Pitches: Assist in crafting pitch proposals by developing sample social media content to demonstrate capabilities and secure new client accounts.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse social performance data to identify trends and generate insights that improve future campaigns.
• Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain content calendars to keep campaigns organized and ensure deadlines are met with quality work.
• Platform & Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes to identify new opportunities for clients.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
