Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, creative, design, social media or a related field.
• Strong in graphic design, photography, videography and video editing.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling and detail.
• A natural storyteller who can find the story behind an everyday moment.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Able to take an idea from concept to shoot, edit and publish independently.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content for Learning Kidz across social media, campaigns and events.
• Plan, shoot and edit engaging photography and video content.
• Create polished graphics and visual assets for digital and print.
• Identify and tell meaningful stories about our children, educators, families and community.
• Lead the creative execution of campaigns and major brand initiatives.
• Work closely with our HQ team to turn ideas into compelling content.
• Maintain consistency and elevate Learning Kidz's visual identity and creative standards.
