Job summary

YY circle seeks a Creative Manager / Creative Director to drive creative direction and brand storytelling across corporate communications in Singapore. You will plan campaigns, direct shoots, edit multimedia content, and publish across social platforms, ensuring alignment with branding and business objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to deliver engaging visuals, manage multiple projects, and continuously improve workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Creative Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creative content production, videography, photography, or multimedia design.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end content creation projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, video editing, and creative work.
• Experience managing corporate or brand social media content is an advantage.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy & Brand Management: Develop and execute the overall creative strategy to strengthen the company’s corporate brand and image.
• Content Creation & Production: Plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots; edit videos and photographs for corporate use.
• Social Media Management: Publish content across social platforms and monitor performance for improvements.
• Creative Project Management: Plan production schedules and coordinate with departments to gather content requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with trends and improve workflows and techniques.
