Job summary

POPPER ASIA SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a senior creative who can move between concept, craft and leadership. You will shape visual directions for campaigns, activations and brand experiences, lead a small design team, and collaborate with strategy, accounts, 3D, production and content partners to turn briefs into strong, coherent work.

This is a hands-on role: you should set the bar, explain the thinking, guide others and still design when the work needs you, while exploring AI-enabled tools

Qualifications

• Senior-level design leadership and mentorship.
• Experience shaping visual directions across campaigns and brand experiences.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with strategy, accounts, production.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual territories and design systems.
• Lead concept development across campaigns, activations, retail, social, content, identity and selected digital touchpoints.
• Set and maintain the visual standard from first concept through client presentation and final production.
• Know when to simplify, when to push, and how to make work feel distinctive rather than merely polished.
