Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Senior Creative Designer for Retail Design to originate and deliver high-end 3D design solutions for SEAO markets, focusing on new store concepts and Creative Visual Merchandising.

You will translate Sephora's Brand DNA into compelling design, manage projects from concept to execution, and collaborate with Retail Experience, Creative, Marketing, and Retail Projects teams to bring concepts to life.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in creative design, retail design, interior design, or architecture with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience leading design projects from concept to final delivery.
• High proficiency in 3D rendering software - 3DMax, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or customer-facing retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Origin and deliver high-end 3D design solutions for SEAO markets.
• Develop new store concepts with Store Designer and Creative Visual Merchandising Designer.
• Produce advanced 3D renderings, virtual walk-throughs, and compelling visual presentations.
• Manage assigned design projects independently from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure design intent is understood and executed.
