Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Senior Creative Designer for Retail Design to originate, develop, and deliver high-end 3D design solutions for Sephora's Southeast Asia-Oceania stores. You will lead concepts for new store concepts, work with Store Designers and Visual Merchandisers, and translate Sephora Brand DNA into compelling experiences across markets in SEAO.

This role requires 4–6 years in creative or retail design, strong 3D rendering skills, and proven project leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in creative design, retail design, or architecture.
• Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong ability to translate brand DNA into 3D concepts.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software including 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-end 3D design solutions for Sephora's retail projects across SEAO markets.
• Collaborate with Store Designer to develop new store concepts, layouts, and customer flow.
• Work with Fixtures & Creative Visual Merchandising Designer on new concepts and product presentations.
• Translate Sephora's Brand DNA into design solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Produce advanced renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for stakeholder alignment.
• Lead assigned design projects from concept to execution, managing timelines and budgets.
