Job summary

Sephora SEA seeks a Senior Creative Designer to originate, develop, and deliver high-end 3D design solutions for SEAO retail projects. You will lead design initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate with Store Design, Creative Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail Projects teams to ensure Sephora's brand DNA is translated into immersive customer experiences.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in creative design, retail design, interior design, or architecture.
Hands-on experience in leading and managing design projects from concept through to final delivery.
Extensive exposure to beauty, fashion, luxury, or customer-facing retail environments is advantageous.
Ability to translate brand DNA into innovative and practical 3D design solutions.
Proficiency in advanced 3D rendering software and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Originate, develop, and deliver high-end 3D creative design solutions for Sephora's SEAO retail projects.
Lead assigned design projects independently from concept to execution.
Collaborate with Store Designers, Fixtures & Creative Visual Merchandising Designers, and other teams to bring concepts to life.
Translate Sephora's Brand DNA into design solutions to elevate customer experience.
Produce advanced renderings, virtual walk-throughs, and presentations to communicate design intent.
