Assistant Manager, Integrated Marketing (SEAO)

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing (SEAO), you will be directly responsible for planning and strategizing omnichannel marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and country marketing teams to develop comprehensive toolkits across all Sephora marketing levers and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role suits a dynamic individual with strong creative instincts, who thrives in strategic discussions as well as detailed execution. You excel in complex, cross-functional environments where no two days are alike, bringing ideas to life across diverse channels.

  • Executing marketing calendar and campaign strategies.
  • Originating creative and innovative marketing ideas and strategies, driving them from concept to launch.
  • Working across functions, markets, and all levels of seniority.
  • Finding clarity in ambiguity and establishing processes where none exist.
  • Drive experiential marketing initiatives by closely monitoring and leveraging industry best practices and pioneering groundbreaking campaign concepts.
What You Will Do
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Lead the strategic and creative ideation and development of omni-channel marketing campaigns activations across SEA ANZ
  • Develop integrated campaign frameworks that ensure a clear and consistent consumer journey across digital, retail, social, and PR.
  • Translate regional campaign strategy into detailed marketing activation plans, adapting direction for local contexts while maintaining overall campaign integrity.
  • Maintain and manage the marketing calendar to optimize activations to sales plan, ensuring alignment with strategic campaign priorities.
  • Deliver timely and aligned toolkits and post-mortems for priority campaigns.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and Sephora brand codes across all campaign executions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with diverse internal teams (e.g., Creative, Paid Media & Analytics, Digital, Retail Execution, Social & PR, Merchandising, Brand Partner Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and store managers) to align on campaign priorities and execution.
  • Drive central campaign leadership, managing interdependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring seamless project progression and timely signoffs.
  • Partner with Merchandising to translate product strategies and commercial priorities into compelling campaign narratives and customer activations.
  • Work with regional Retail Excellence and Training teams to implement activation guidance and ensure market teams are briefed and trained on campaign mechanics and in-store executions.
Market Management
  • Oversee campaign execution for direct markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand) and support franchise markets through toolkit development and adaptation guidance.
  • Ensure market-specific nuances are reflected in activation planning without compromising campaign coherence.
  • Share insights and data with regional and country teams to optimize market-specific plans.
  • Review and ensure final market assets align with campaign direction and brand standards.
Reporting & Performance
  • Lead campaign reporting and post-mortems to understand, improve, and elevate execution and performance.
  • Track campaign milestones and proactively surface risks to senior leadership.
  • Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights, correlating marketing outcomes with commercial targets and formulating strategic recommendations.
What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns across multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to lead multiple workstreams, manage timelines, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management, adept at navigating matrixed organizations at local, regional, and global levels.
  • High accountability, resilience, and emotional maturity.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at process development in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-complexity and ambiguous environments.
  • Experience across SEA markets; knowledge of ANZ is a significant plus.
