SPH Media is seeking a Senior Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Manager to lead the CRE team and manage SPH Media's corporate real estate portfolio in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end planning, forecasting, and control of CAPEX/OPEX while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors on infrastructure upgrades and space planning.

You will oversee lease management, site selection, and portfolio administration with a focus on cost optimization and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in corporate real estate or facilities.
• Proven track record in budgeting CAPEX/OPEX and governance.
• Experience managing cross-functional senior stakeholders and vendors.
• End-to-end CRE lifecycle including site selection, lease, and portfolio admin.

• Direct end-to-end planning and control of CAPEX and OPEX.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades with internal teams and vendors.
• Lead property enhancement initiatives and space utilization tracking.
• Coordinate inputs with divisions for workplace needs/plans.
• Oversee space request intake, feasibility, and interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure accurate internal charging and spatial accounting across divisions.
• Manage end-to-end lease processes and procurement activities.
