Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic course portfolio management through partner engagement, industry trend analysis, and implementation of guidelines to maintain professional standards for trainers and operators.

The role reports to the Assistant Director for planning and development of courses and supports day-to-day development as well as inter-agency projects, ensuring smooth delivery through operational support.

• Ability to engage partners and networks
• Strong planning and project coordination skills
• Ability to lead multi-agency collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management of course portfolios through partner engagement and industry trend analysis.
• Support day-to-day course development work and inter-agency projects by providing operational support.
• Develop, curate and repurpose courses with Trainers/Private Operators and partners.
• Drive marketing and communications to promote courses and engage residents.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders and industry leaders.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and support senior officers as required.
