Job summary

Ma Kuang TCM Healthcare Group in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow the patient base and form strategic partnerships with clinics and corporate clients. This role will identify opportunities, plan events, and collaborate with marketing, operations and sales teams to deliver growth while maintaining patient satisfaction.

You will drive market research, build relationships, and help execute the company’s strategic growth plan.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; bilingual in English and Mandarin would be a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and secure favourable terms.
• Excellent time management and pipeline tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: identify, build and retain new and existing opportunities; prepare proposals and pitches.
• Events planning & execution: liaise, plan, brief, execute events and prepare performance reports.
• Market Research: monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Internal Collaboration: work with marketing, operations, and other teams to align growth strategies.
