Responsibilities include coordinating leadership meetings, preparing board materials, tracking action items, and leading strategic projects to enhance efficiency and risk governance across the function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience required.
• At least 5 years in investment management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to execute strategy, lead projects and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee governance, strategic planning and business management across Corporate Governance.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and governance processes; prepare board and executive materials.
• Monitor action items and escalate significant matters in a timely manner.
• Lead strategic projects to improve operational efficiency and risk governance.
• Represent the team in committees and cross-business initiatives.
