Kerry Consulting is engaged by a leading multinational client in Singapore seeking a Senior Manager, Group Tax to support international tax operations, governance and advisory across the Group.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of international taxation, transfer pricing, and cross-border structuring, with proven stakeholder management and regulatory reporting capabilities.

Formación

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Professional tax accreditation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international taxation, transfer pricing and cross-border structuring.
• Experience in tax governance, regulatory reporting and BEPS 2.0 is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Support Group Head of Tax in governance, risk management and compliance across the Group's global operations.
• Drive implementation and enhancement of tax governance frameworks across overseas subsidiaries.
• Oversee international tax compliance and regulatory developments, including BEPS 2.0 and transfer pricing.
• Provide tax advisory on cross-border transactions, M&A, restructurings, funding and repatriation strategies.
• Review direct and indirect tax matters to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams and stakeholders on tax planning and audits.
• Lead process improvements and automation in tax reporting.
