Capital Group is seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist Senior to support governance activities across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, with a focus on entities serviced from the Singapore office. You will work as the local face of a global team, handling calendars, filings and cross-border initiatives.

The role requires proactive, organized professionals with regulatory awareness and strong communication, able to collaborate with colleagues worldwide while bridging regional needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders across regions.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance principles.

Responsibilities

• Board and committee support: coordinating meetings across time zones and preparing materials.
• Governance operations: support and back-up for regional corporate governance matters.
• Regulatory filings: assist with regulator registrations, deadlines, and submissions.
• Projects: contribute to governance policy updates and cross-border initiatives.
• Cross-functional collaboration: liaison for internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Team knowledge sharing: back-up to team members and promote consistency.
• Other duties as assigned.
