Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Corporate Actions watchlist and announcements across global markets.
• Validate event terms, entitlements, and options against market sources.
• Lead the Control Tower to monitor workflows, exceptions and escalations.
• Ensure governance, maker-checker controls and audit readiness for CA processes.
• Coordinate with custodians, market agents and Technology on issue resolution.
• Drive process standardisation, automation and improvements across the lifecycle.
