Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking an experienced Operations Risk & Control professional to lead governance and drive regional standardization across International Centres' Operations teams. The role requires robust risk oversight and proactive engagement with multiple centres to address challenges.

You will partner with International Centres Ops and Regional Ops to ensure compliance with risk standards, review KRIs and management reports, and guide locations on risk management initiatives to deliver

Qualifications

Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in a banking operations risk & control role.
Experience in Operational Risk Management, RCSA, and/or Third Party Risk Management control functions.
Positive and proactive attitude to lead and to get things done.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with strong collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

Standardize processes and system solutions with International Centres Ops and Regional Operations teams.
Engage with International Centres Ops to explain Head Office initiatives and address challenges.
Guide locations on operational risk management to ensure risk standards compliance.
Review operations metrics, KRIs, and management reports; elevate issues when needed.
Coordinate regional projects with Regional Ops to ensure on-schedule delivery.
