Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions, Custody Operations or Securities Operations.
• Familiarity with global custody market practices and securities processing platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Actions Event Processing: Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events accurately within service levels.
• Client Notification & Instruction Management: Disseminate notifications and manage client elections and instructions.
• Entitlement & Asset Servicing Processing: Process entitlements and reconcile differences.
• Risk, Control & Exception Management: Investigate, escalate, and maintain controls.
• Client Service & Stakeholder Management: Respond to inquiries and provide updates to stakeholders.
