V Co Eateries Pte Ltd is expanding and seeks two Senior Cooks to manage and execute high-quality food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen. You will lead staff, oversee processes, ensure cleanliness and food safety, and maintain exceptional dish standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of cooking experience, strong culinary skills, and the ability to train and motivate a team while adapting to peak hours and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a cook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food in accordance with recipes and menu standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient performance and high-quality food production.
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when needed to avoid shortages.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and food presentation.
• Handle food preparation during peak hours to meet customer demand while maintaining quality.
