Qualifications

• Must work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience as a cook or relevant kitchen experience.
• Legally allowed to work in establishments serving alcohol.
• Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations.
• Prepare ingredients and season meats; operate fryer, grill, and oven.
• Cook orders according to health and safety standards and recipe guidelines.
• Assist other cooks and staff; monitor multiple orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Reorder stock and maintain proper storage of food items.
• Sanitize and clean work stations and utensils; support kitchen cleanliness.
