Job summary

Ali's Prata is seeking a skilled cook to prepare a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant, following established recipes and standards to ensure consistency.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, coordinate food preparation, supervise junior staff, monitor portion control, and ensure food safety and hygiene compliance. Candidates with relevant experience, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work weekends or holidays are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
• Ability to prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff is an advantage.
