Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Contract Manager for a project-based role based at our Changi office.

The position requires handling tendering, contract administration and cost control, with alignment to directors and project managers. Responsibilities include preparing pre-tender docs, reviewing commercial terms with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring progress payments are secured. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or contracts background with at least five years

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Civil Works.
• Candidates with QS or Contracts background are advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and assist managing director in responding to requests for quotation from prospective clients local and overseas.
• Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and response to tender clarifications and amendments and attend tender meetings.
• Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and review commercial aspects with clients & subcontractors.
• Assist Project Managers in monthly progress payment preparation and ensure successful payment collection.
• Attend site meetings with project staff as required.
• Assist in preparation of variation orders and maintain records of changes and design amendments.
• Liaise with main contractor and Client's QS regarding claims and finalization of accounts.
• Prepare budgets and cash flow projections in conjunction with directors, PMs and financial controller.
• Assist in negotiation of subcontractor packages and sub-contractor/supplier agreements.
• Analyze scope of work and contract for effective contract administration; interpret drawings.
• Monitor project cost and support general financial administration.
